If a tracking details provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class UPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Returns must be received within 7 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method. You can call or email us for return request. Our team will review and process your return request. We always believe hassle-free services to our customers. No if not but, complete money will be transfer to the require payment method in 1-2 business days.
Love it, but need a different size or color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 7 days of the original order date. Exchanges are always free! PLEASE NOTE: Creating an exchange on our site does not guarantee inventory is held for exchanges; there is a possibility that inventory will sell out. Refunds will be initiated by Indian Fabrico within 1-2 business days of receiving the product back at our end. Once the refund process initiates from our end it will take following number of days to reflect in your account.
Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):
- Netbanking: 3 working days
- Debit Card: 7 working days
- Credit Card: 9 working days
- All Wallets (paytm, googlepay, phonepe and etc.)
Refunds for COD payments:
In case of COD payments, you can apply for a refund to your BANK ACCOUNT ONLY, which will reflect in your account within 5 working days after initiating the same.
